All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality service for our established and future clientele. When scheduling your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

We consider our clients a very special part of our TCL Family and therefore would like to share some important policies that we have had to implement to protect the safety of all our guests, team and suppliers. Your well-being and safety remain our highest priority.
If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms that may include a runny nose, sore throat, or a temperature, we require that you please reschedule your appointment.
Of course, some things are a little different in the light of Covid-19. Upon entering the salon, guests are invited to use the hand sanitizer provided and to wash their hands as frequently as possible. Our team will be ready and wearing the appropriate PPE to welcome you, albeit from a distance. You are welcome to make yourself comfortable while you wait for your treatment in our reception area.
The team have been thoroughly trained in our new Covid-19 adapted customer journey, to ensure you have the safest experience possible.
The facility and equipment are sanitized after each client with Disicide product, approved by the Dubai Municipality to encompass Covid-19 virus.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME
Arriving at least 5 minutes before your appointment, ensures that you get the most of your experience at The Contour Lounge. On arrival, you will be required to fill-in a consultation form so that the treatment can be customized to your needs.
We also understand that things may happen outside of your control and make you late to your appointment and we will do our utmost to accommodate late arrivals however, out of consideration for other guests, your treatment may end at the time originally scheduled. Please let us know as soon as possible that you are running late so we can best accommodate everyone.
Please understand that when appointments are cancelled without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot and clients on our waiting list miss the chance to receive services they need.
We do understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.
Any repeated (more than two) missed appointment, cancellation or rescheduling with less than 12 hours of notice will be subject to a full session deducted from your current course of treatments.
In the event that your therapist is not available to carry out your appointment, through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist available and will inform you prior your appointment. In the unusual instance of unforeseen circumstances where we may need to cancel your booking, we will endeavor to contact you.
Clients that may have health issues and medical history, e.g. blood pressure, circulation problems, skin conditions, have recently undergone an operation, are on medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, had a cancer or have any other health worries, are advised to check with their doctor before booking a treatment.
When you arrive for your first treatment you will be asked to complete a consent form to highlight with the therapist any health issues you may have.
For clients with serious illnesses and post-surgery before we can proceed with any treatment, we ask you to provide a clearance letter from your doctor to say that you are able to receive the specific treatment.
If you have any allergies please do inform us at the time of booking.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, debit cards and cash.
The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C operate a strictly No Refunds policy. All services, packages, vouchers, gift cards and products purchased are non-refundable.
VOUCHERS & GIFT CARDS
Vouchers and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable due to time and cost of processing them.
Advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
OFFERS & PROMOTIONS
Offers on our website, social media and partners platforms are for a definitive period only. Once the offer period has ended the treatment reverts to its normal price.

PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS
Packages and membership are not refundable under any circumstances.
Packages and membership are not transferable and are only valid up to the date of expiry.
The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion and without notice to revoke packages and memberships.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS & VALUABLES
Our guests are expected to keep all their belongings, especially valuable items, within their sight at all times. We advise that you leave your personal belongings in the dedicated wardrobe and we recommend no valuables be brought and no jewelry worn when you go to the treatment area.
The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C is not responsible for lost personal item and accept no responsibility for any loss damage on the premises.
Our lost and found is located at the front desk. To place a query or report a found item, please contact the reception staff in person at the front desk, or by phone at +971 4 566 0109.
Our services are available to clients 18 years old and above. Parent’s consent with signature is required for under 18 guests.
Your feedback is highly appreciated and will help us to improve our ability to serve you better.
The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C endeavors to treat all its clients appropriately and fairly. If however you are unhappy with a treatment or service you are entitled to lodge a complaint. In the first instance if you have a grievance you must let the team be aware of your complaint so that they can deal with it appropriately on the day. You will find a Complaint & Suggestion box by the reception desk, feel free to ask our team if you would like to fill-in a complaint form. If you do not make us aware on the day of the complaint you may be required to attend additional appointment to resolve the issue up to 7 days or provide evidence.
We require notice of a compliant with pictures via email within 24 hours of your visit / treatment to email@example.com. The final decision on any compensation or refund will be with the consent of management.
As we may need to speak with your therapist or other team members regarding a complaint we aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.
Complaints not resolved within the salon and require independent review; will be reported to the Customer Care Team at Dubai Health Authority care facilities for their action and follow up.
MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions may be amended by The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C, in its sole discretion, at any time without notice. Such amendments shall be effective as of the date first written. By continuing to access or use The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C services, you will be deemed to have accepted such amendments. You are advised to regularly review any applicable Terms & Conditions.
The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C reserves the right to discontinue or make changes to its services at any time without notice.
These Terms & Conditions supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms & Conditions . A waiver or modification of these Terms & Conditions will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C.
VIOLATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
You understand and agree that in The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C sole discretion, and without prior notice, The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C may terminate your access to the premises, or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized user information, in the event of The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C believes that the information you provide has violated or is inconsistent with these our Terms & Conditions or violates the rights of The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C, or any third party, or violates the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to The Contour Lounge Beauty Salon L.L.C for violations of these Terms & Conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. Terms & Conditions may release user information about you if required by law.
